I have to drive 30 miles one way to get to Capitol Ford in San Jose. They have always been able to get the service done by lunch time and get me on my way home. I am kept informed if there are any unexpected issues. Very happy with the service department.
This dealership was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and welcoming, especially my agent Dale. I would recommend.
It took 4 trips to the dealership but they were very committed to getting it fixed.

The sales person I worked with, Cody E. Was good and seemed genuinely a nice person. However, the finance guy did not seem truthful as he stated that US TheftGuard warranty and the add on devices has to be purchased. And it is "just part of the car". He also stated when I informed him that the car should have factory protection/and engine immobilizer that "just because you believe in it doesn't make it truth". The work is solid. The experience of dropping the car off needs to be improved. The wait time is long and their is no guide or direction given when you arrive.

Service was great but not outstanding. Part of my service was tire rotation. I notice that two of my tires are now missing the stem cap. Not a big deal, I will just replace them all. But sometimes it is the little things that make a difference, and in this case, there was a clear lack of attention to detail. It is possible that your dealership didn't do this, but since they obviously had to check the tire pressure, that is my suspicion...

The service writer, Sam, addressed my drop in visit with no issues, scheduled on the spot warranty issues, supplied me with a loaner and I was able to go on my way. The repairs required several parts to be ordered and Sam kept me up to date constantly with progress, This was an excellent experience, even better than with my other car, a so called "luxury car", when it is serviced by the "prestigious" dealership I have to take it to.

Proper creating at arrival they took my information down, asked about my concern, lead me to the lobby , estimated my wait time or gave me a choice to leave vehicle at my own convience … service was great over all and was on my way
Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.
I love my car and most of my experience. I still haven't received my second key fob or the key to unlock the handles to step up to reach the top of the car.
Saturday service was the best. They took care of my oil change and came out with a free car wash.
A couple hiccups during the process but the team did great to help resolve it!

My car was supposed to be ready on Wednesday after dropping it off on Monday to check radiator and oil change. I was told that there was an air pocket somewhere in the system (not fully explained) so then it went to Thursday, but I had to keep texting or calling to get a status. Every time I need to go to this dealership for service, I regret it. The issues are centered around the fact that despite being a ford dealer, they do not know the technical specs of the products they are servicing. As a result, they make mistakes, make false statements, and provide poor service overall. Furthermore, scheduling and pickup notifications are a joke. You show up to an appointment, guaranteed going to wait 20-30mins before someone talks to you. The sales people are very nice. I recommend you go during the week as the weekends are very busy there.
The staff were very nice and the process was straight forward. Initially I thought the car was I bought was clean, but after I got home, I found food wedged in the backseat and hair ties in the glove box. I just wish the cleaning was more thorough. The car also had less than a quarter tank of gas when turned over to me. Topping it off would have gone a long way to make me feel appreciated.

All aspects of my visit went very well. Zach was very responsive and helpful and the communication was great.
It took almost three years to finally figure out and correct the problem with the passenger door handle lock. But they got it diagnosed and replaced the faulty part. The door handle lock is now working properly as well as other internal cab functions are working better.

Capitol Ford called me to say that my car had a factory recall, so I scheduled an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time, but waited @20 minutes to see a technician. He said my car would he ready within 2-3 hours. After 3 hours, I tried to find my technician, but was told by another technician that he had gone home sick. He checked on my car and apparently the recall applied to Mustangs, not Escapes (my car). This was the second time something like this has happened to me at Capitol Ford.
Very good buying experience. Sean is a great sales person who knows his product and explains all details. He found the right vehicle for us. We are happy.
Great communication, i.e. text, phone, video. Concierge service is awesome. Very nice people. Professional and thorough.

Advisor was great. Friendly. I had something happen to my vehicle while ford performed an alignment. Normandin found this a few days after FORD having my jeep. I sent an email to Eldin on May 6 regarding this issue. No response! Why email me asking how my service was if you have zero intention of responding.

Jesús greeted and explained what he was going to do. He arranged for someone to drive me home. He was polite and very pleasant to work with.
Handled the basic issue I had with the vehicle, but could not remedy the multiple times I came for another issue that was deemed could not duplicate. Thought they should have taken more time to resolve the final issue.
It was a great experience with it being my first time buying a car in years. Robert , Cody, and the handsome friendly man that's behind the counter in the corner that wears the glasses are really great. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.
