Aug 9 2019. Sales and finance department staff that assisted me were fantastic. They respected me, my time, knowledge, and the price I wanted to pay for the car. When I went into the dealership Stephen the sales manager was, in my opinion, professional, polite, and definitely supportive of a positive customer experience and treating his employees with respect. Stephanie Malone, General Manager has instilled a positive environment for her staff to work in and that has carried over to the customer experience and that's why (including price of course) I've purchased or leased my last three cars through her.
I received a recall notice and called Capital Fird to make an appointment. They were quick and sent me a confirmation text for the appointment. They also sent me a reminder text shortly before the appointment. Their signage is great which allowed me to pull right into the service docket. Robert met me outside right away, got my info quickly, and set me up to get a free rental through Enterprise. He called over to Enterprise and I was picked up and brought to the car rental in about 15 min. While the car was in the shop, Robert texted me to let me know the progress. The car was ready 3 days later, as promised. I returned the car, Enterprise drove me around the Corner to Ford and I picked up my car and paperwork all in less than 15 min.. Robert reviewed the paperwork when I had a question. They had even washed my car! Great customer service, Robert and Capital Ford. Thanks!
