We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. Took our 2022 Ranger for basic service. Service area is a disaster, service advisors and other personnel non presentable. No respectful or attention to customers, no one greets you or welcomes you. You’re on your own when it’s time to pick up vehicle. Who are you hiring? No wonder everyone is buying Toyota or Honda.

I dropped my truck off for recall service 5 days ago. I was not offered any sort of estimate on how long it would take, nor was I offered a loaner. I’ve tried calling several times since then to get an update, and either nobody answers in the service center, or I get transferred to a technician who doesn’t answer or return voicemails. Definitely take your business literally anywhere else.

All I took it in was for oil change, he tried to sell me $569.00 worth of service for a truck with 19,000 miles and I refused.....Then he treat me like a piece of garbage...I got my truck back was running bad he said he took the tune off it which it was only factory tuned anyways. Purchased a "certified" AWD premium Explorer. Only to find out that the car was leaking into the cabin. RUN FAR from this joke of a dealership. They know how to sell but they don't know to fix the problems that they sell you. I've brought my 2019 explorer in for the 12th...that's right,TWELVTH TIME. Just picked it up and supposedly all issues were fixed....WRONG!!!!! I literally didn't even drive off before what I brought it in for failed to launch. RUN THE xxxx AWAY from this dealership.

They sold me a 2017 Ford Fusion 26k- 33k miles 1st year was awesome. 0 problems the 2nd year had tons of recalls and issues had to have it towed 3 times to the dealership they held on to my car for over a month on one recall repair. They didn't completely cover the rental car I had to pay out of pocket or go without a car. October 2022, the transmission completely went out and told me it was out of warranty for mileage. He also helped me via email and text message. By the time I got to the dealership, I was already pre-approved. All I needed to do was sign the paperwork for the car and for the financing. Thank you to the Service Technician Jose for outstanding service when I came in for an emergency door latch replacement. Jose was kind, patient, knowledgeable and provide more service than one could imagine . The manager of the Service Dept, Ron Jones was also incredible. You should trust that the vehicles are inspected before leaving the lot. The inconvenience of having to return because the engine light is on is an inconvenience for customers after driving the vehicle for only a week. I've been lucky enough to experience the Sales and Service at Capitol Ford over the past few years. I worked with Gerry Knapp when buying a used car and the process was quick, painless, and we got a great deal. Hal and Rick have both been awesome to work with when scheduling oil changes, and other services as well. Making potentially stressful things go a little bit easier is much appreciated. Having problems with my Ford f150 truck Engine after 100,000 miles in for Service.. They change sparkplug, Wire/booter (part off recommend 100.000 miles service) Capitol Form claim that my engine will blow head gasket.
