This was my first visit to Capitol Ford. I came in for a quick oil change on my 6G Bronco, and Tony, the service advisor, recommended checking for a recall involving the engine wiring harness. Thankfully, he did — they found the wiring open and exposed, potentially creating a serious problem.

Had some difficulty getting a hold of service advisor via main text service tool for notifications and communications and on service center voice mail after visit for some follow-up to a concern I had. I bought a car at Capital Ford. I liked my salesman Connor Woodside, as well as the Sales Manager Joe Davis. They were professional, friendly, and transparent. I also met Fernando Roque and Jon Godinez who were the top managers. Friendly. The finance person (Walid), was borderline rude and emotionally immature. He was passive aggressive and only changed his tone when I walked over and showed I had a relationship with Joe Davis. I think Capital Ford would be fine -- just avoid Walid.
I didn’t have anything major done but I appreciate the professionalism of my service advisor and the work was done in a timely fashion. No loaner car can be a problem sometimes since this work took longer than originally anticipated

I’ve brought my vehicle here several times and have worked with a few different service advisors over the years, but none have compared to Jesus. He consistently provides outstanding customer service, keeps me informed throughout the process, and makes every visit smooth and hassle-free. It’s reassuring to know my vehicle is in good hands, and that level of service is what keeps me coming back. If you have the chance, I highly recommend asking for Jesus.
The Service Center was friendly, professional and helpful. Yes my automobile was not a ford!!! No this issue did not cause any problems. The fact that I have never heard of this part of the problem before indicated that being 82 years old did not always help you fix anything!

I have to drive 30 miles one way to get to Capitol Ford in San Jose. They have always been able to get the service done by lunch time and get me on my way home. I am kept informed if there are any unexpected issues. Very happy with the service department.
