We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. Went to Capitol Ford on Sunday Work with Cody Elemen to get pricing and finance on a 2022 Ranger , the experience was smooth as glass Cody expertise's was un matched ,he handed me off to finance and the got me a great rate and i was driving my new Ranger home by 2 pm ,It was stress free no hiccups at all

I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. I was coming from a long distance for a specific car that I wanted to purchase. Josh was the salesperson, who I spoke with over the telephone. He also helped me via email and text message. By the time I got to the dealership, I was already pre-approved. All I needed to do was sign the paperwork for the car and for the financing. I was out of the dealership, in my new car, in under an hour.

Thank you to the Service Technician Jose for outstanding service when I came in for an emergency door latch replacement. Jose was kind, patient, knowledgeable and provide more service than one could imagine . The manager of the Service Dept, Ron Jones was also incredible. This is my 3rd interaction with quicklane and the previous two were not favorable at all. This time however, Service was outstanding and Advisor Manny Serrano went above and beyond to help me out. I had a flat caused from a screw in my tire. Have a chance to seat down with General Manager Scott, Service director Ivan. They listen to my problems, concern. Explain why it's take so long to get the appointment for bring back the truck after it service. Review all previous service/Invoice. Come up with a solution and a price very reasonable to repair/replace my 2007 Ford F150 engine. The new engine come with a 3 year warranty. Even share 1/2 the price of rental car while it in the shop ( wished could be all FREE), but this is Ford dealer not BMW or Lexus, Mercedes.. Very happy with Capitol Ford.. ...
